Richard Liew Founder/Marketing Manager
Richard's career started as an accountant where he saw first hand the importance of strong sales skills for businesses. He decided to learn how to sell but couldn't get a sales job because he had “no previous sales experience" so started his first business, cold calling and selling to real estate agents! Richard has since invested his time learning what it takes to be successful in sales and entrepreneurship and started Rev in 2004 to promote ongoing learning and development by NZ's salespeople. He launched NZ Sales Manager, a digital magazine for salespeople in 2008, and now runs a fast growing digital media company along side his work at the RSN.

He works with RSN Affiliates to help communicate their value to the market and has over 20 years experience in corporate sales and business development, sales workshop facilitation, training and coaching, both in NZ and the UK. Paul plays an active role in his community as a Young Enterprise Scheme mentor and vocational director of the Rotary Club of Hutt Valley. He is a facilitator of sales programs for NZIM Central, director of Sales Partners International and is the current Editor of NZ Sales Manager e-magazine.
