1) By joining the Rev Sales Network (RSN) you understand and agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions at all times.

2) The Rev Sales Network Code of Professional Selling.

By joining the RSN you agree to abide by the RSN Code of Professional Selling as follows at all times:

When dealing with me:

> You will find honesty and integrity.

> You will be listened to. I will seek to understand.

> You will be told the truth, how it is and as it happens.

> We will be working towards mutual gain.

> You can expect me to follow through on the promises I make.

> You can expect me to be committed to my own personal development.

> You can expect me to be an ambassador for the sales profession. 

3) As a member of the RSN you agree not to break any laws; infringe on anyone's rights; behave in a malicious, obscene or offensive way; or undertake any actions or activities to bring the reputation of the RSN into disrepute.

4) The RSN has the right to terminate membership if members are found to breach these Terms & Conditions in any way.  However the RSN is not responsible for monitoring individual members behaviour and is not liable for the actions of RSN members under any circumstances.

5) The RSN shall in no way be bound by any representations, promises, undertakings or agreements made by or entered into by RSN members.

6) By joining the RSN you accept that should a formal complaint be laid against you, by a customer or member of the public with whom your relationship is of a commercial nature, and whereby you are the seller or representative of the seller of the goods or services in question, to the RSN or other professional body or court of law, the RSN reserves the right to suspend your membership pending the outcome of any investigation or enquiry regarding the complaint. If following any such investigation or enquiry, the complaint is upheld by the governing body in question or court of law, the RSN reserves the right to discontinue your membership immediately and notify other RSN members.

7) By joining the RSN you agree not to use the contact details of any RSN members to send unsolicited electronic messages of a commercial nature (“spam”) to those members, or to continue to contact members if they have requested you to stop.

8) All information held on our records relating to your membership is confidential and shall only be used in relation to the services provided by the RSN. Your details will not be given, sold or otherwise be disclosed to third parties except with your express permission or ordered by a court of law.

9) Annual Membership Fees - Your RSN membership starts and you will gain access to all RSN member benefits from the date payment is received.

10a) By joining the RSN you agree to pay your Annual Membership Fee in full.  There are two payment options for annual membership available, a one off pro-rata payment in full at the start of your membership each year, or 12 equal monthly instalments via automatic payment. If you choose to pay in monthly instalments and payment is missed the RSN reserves the right to forward your debt onto a debt recovery company and you may be liable for any debt recovery costs incurred.

10b) RSN members shall remain a member until written notice of resignation is received by the RSN and payment for any outstanding subscriptions due is made.

11a) Corporate Memberships. Businesses who wish to invest in RSN membership on behalf of sales staff are deemed to be Rev Sales Network Corporate Members. 

11b) Corporate Members are entitled to use the words "Rev Sales Network Corporate Member" or the abbreviation of "RSNCM" on their websites, advertising and marketing material, staff business cards, stationery and signage. An official RSN Corporate Member graphic is available to use on your website upon request.

11c) Corporate membership status is deemed to belong the business as opposed to the businesses individual staff members, and membership privileges are accessible by individual sales staff only as long as they remain employees of the Corporate Member business.

12a) Individual Memberships. Members who invest in their own RSN Membership other than through a business are deemed to be Rev Sales Network Individual Members.

12b) Individual Members are entitled to use the words "Rev Sales Network Individual Member" or the abbreviation of "RSNIM" on their websites, advertising and marketing material, staff business cards, stationery and signage. An official RSN Individual Member graphic is available to use on your website upon request.

13) Guests. Individual Members and Corporate Members are entitled to invite one free guest to each of the free RSN Networking Lunchtime seminars. Guests are allowed to attend a maximum of two free RSN Networking Lunchtime seminars per annum after which they must sign up as an RSN Member to attend further events.  

14) If a member resigns after the commencement of their annual RSN membership but before their annual membership has expired, they shall remain liable for payment of the full subscription for that year.

15) The RSN has the right to decline membership and I understand my application is subject to approval by the RSN Membership Board.
